皮损内注射联合低温冷冻治疗结节性痒疹护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨液氮冷冻联合皮损内注射治疗结节性痒疹的护理疗效。方法将确诊为结节性痒疹的108例患者按医嘱分为两组。观察组54例遵医嘱使用液氮冷冻治疗后,再根据治疗单配置医嘱浓度的"曲安奈德"结节内注射并给予护理干预;对照组54例直接按执行单配置医嘱浓度的"曲安奈德"结节内注射。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率90.8%,显著高于对照组的50.0%,两组比较P<0.01;观察组回访无复发,对照组复发5例,两组比较P<0.05。结论低温冷冻联合局封治疗结节性痒疹,可缩短病程,降低复发率;护理干预,可降低患者的焦虑和恐惧程度,提升痛阈,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with intradermal injection in the treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods 108 patients with prurigo nodularis were divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The observation group received the therapy of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with triamcinolone acetonide for intradermal injection, while the control group received the triamcinolone acetonide for intradermal injection. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.8%, significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group （P 〈0.01）. The difference of recurrence rate was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The therapy of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with intradermal injection in the treatment ofprurigo nodularis can shorten the course and reduce the relapse rate; nursing intervention can reduce patients＇ degree of anxiety and fear, and improve pain threshold.
