摘　　要：圆形法兰是一种应用广泛的机械零件,具有结构简单、外形规则、尺寸统一、厚度适当而适应注塑生产的特点。本文提出圆形法兰同模腔叠层注射的技术方案,与传统的"一模多腔"平铺布置型腔的方案相比,具有模具体积小,消耗材料少,制造成本低,结构简单,制造工艺性好,定位锁紧力大、定位精确可靠,便于调节模具工艺温度等优点。特别是推料杆滞后工作的方案设计,解决了注射成型法兰在推出前进行主流道与分流道冲裁分离的问题,且结构简单,易于制造,更具有一定的新颖性与创造性。Circular flange is a widely used mechanical parts, has a simple structure, unified rules, appearance, size, thickness and appropriate to adapt to the characteristics of injection molding production. This paper puts forward a circular flange with cavity sandwich injection molding technology solutions, with the traditional ＂more than a mold cavity＂ tile decorating cavity, compared with the mold of small size, low material consumption, low manufacturing cost, simple structure, good manufacturing technology, positioning locking strength, positioning precision, reliable and easy to adjust the mold process temperature, etc. Especially pushing rod lagging job design, solve the injection molding of the flange before launching the mainstream way the problem of the separation of the shunt way blanking, and simple structure, easy to manufacture, has certain novelty and inventiveness.
