摘　　要：《乡村人类学》一书之于人类学学者,好比星辰之于迷路的人。它不仅为人类学田野调查提供理论指导,同时还例数了审视乡村社会的研究方法。该书遵循了人类学"以人为本,回归到人"的理念。从宏观上看,它为乡村人类学田野调查提供了一个整体性的视野,把中国乡村社会视为一个整体,使得人类学者对乡村有一个完整的概念;从微观上看,它将中国乡村分为几个元素,详尽地透析了中国乡村社会的变迁、发展和未来归属,为人类学学者的乡村社会分析提供思考的空间。To anthropologists, Rural Anthropology, is like the stars to a lost person. It can provide not only the theoretical guidance for anthropological field work, hut also the research methods of rural society. The book follows the anthropological concept of ＂people-oriented, and back to the people＂. From the macro point of view, it provides a holistic perspective for the rural anthropological fieldwork so that they have a complete concept of the countryside~ from the microscopic point of view, it divides Chinese villages into sev-eral elements, makes a detailed analysis of the changes, development and future of Chinese rural society, and provides reference for anthropologists.
