摘 要:对5·12汶川地震中一台被震裂的1000 m3液氨球罐进行了应力计算和失效分析。利用有限元法计算了地震时球罐整体结构、支柱、拉杆、液氨出口管线的应力水平,研究销子、地脚螺栓、拉杆、液氨出口管线断裂的可能先后秩序。结果表明,地震时拉杆和销子首先发生断裂失效,随后致使地脚螺栓和液氨出口管线破裂,并引发液氨介质泄漏。基于此,提出了球罐的支柱、耳板、底板、拉杆、销子、地脚螺栓等设计改进建议,以加强球罐抗震能力。analys^s vcere done for 1000 m^3 hqmd ammonia spheri- Abstract :The calculation of the stress and. eal tank,which was damaged in the 5 · 12 Wenehuan Earthquake. We got the stresses of the spherical tank as a whole, the columns, the tie -rods and the outlet of liquid ammonia through the method of finite element modal analysis. We analyzed the possible damage order of the pin rolls, the foundation bolts, the tie - rods,the outlet of liquid ammonia. The results show that, first d all, the tie - rod and the pin roll failed, followed by the rupture d foundation bolts and outlet of liquid ammonia, resulting in the leakage d medium. We put fm^vard some improvement suggestions for the design of eolumn,otie plaeode, baseplate, tie -rod, pin roll and JSundation bolt to strengthen the seismic capacity of spherical tank.
