摘　　要：目的:为了解决现代战争和突发性灾难中危急、险重战创伤和灾难伤的难题,研制一套适宜于方舱医院的移动式及多功能模块连续性血液净化装置。方法:将移动式及多功能模块连续性血液净化装置分为野外便携式水处理设备、置换液配制系统和智能化自适应无看护体外循环血液净化系统3个模块,并将整个装置装备在特别设计改装的专用方舱内。结果:研制了一套成系列、模块化、可方便组合、多功能的连续性血液净化装置,同时将研究成果应用于方舱医院并在实战演练和突发灾难的应急救援中加以推广,提高了战时和灾难状况下军队的应急医疗救援能力。结论:该装置的研制,有利于建立集急救、输送和后方进一步深入治疗一体化的应急医疗救援体系,进而提高军队的战地救治水平。Objective To develop a set of mobile and multi-functional modular device for blood purification in the shelter hospital for the medical service at wartime and peacetime. Methods The device was composed of field portable water treatment module, displacement liquid preparation module and intelligent self-adaptive standoff ECC blood purification module, which was placed in the specific shelter. Results The device was serialized, modular and multi-functional, which was applied in the shelter hospital and thus enhanced the emergency medical support ability at wartime and peacetime. Conclusion The device contributes a lot to the integrated emergency medical rescue system for emergency treatment, evacuation and definitive treatment.
