摘  要:目的:研究红外线耳温计在门诊发热患者筛查的应用中产生误差的影响因素。方法:对84例门诊检查患者使用红外线耳温计测量体温,同时对照水银体温计,利用高低温湿度试验箱模拟门诊环境的温湿度变化,分析对红外线耳温计产生的误差。结果:在实际使用中,红外线耳温计与水银体温计在36—39℃测量结果的相关性r=0.818,环境湿度、温度对测量结果有影响,二者独立作用。结论:影响红外线耳温计测量结果误差的因素主要有环境温度和湿度,在实际使用中需要避免二者所带来的误差影响。Objective To study the factors for the error in the screening of outpatient fever patient with the ear thermometer. Methods The temperature of 84 patients was measured with the ear thermometer and then compared with that by the mercury thermometer. The high-low temperature humidity cabinet was used to simulate the temperature and humidity changes in the outpatient department, and the errors of the infrared ear thermometer were analyzed. Results The value of correlation r of the measurements by the ear and mercury thermometers was 0.818 when the temperature was from 36 ℃ to 39℃. The environment temperature and humidity both posed influences on the measurements, which had the function independent of each other. Conclusion The factors for the errors of the infrared ear thermometer include the environment temperature and humidity, whose influences have to be eliminated.
