摘  要:目的:利用Varian加速器上配备的Portal Vision(PV)在放疗摆位中进行位置验证,确定治疗的可行性。方法:使用Varian机器上配备的Portal Vision(PV)对数百例患者执行治疗计划前摆位后的体位进行拍片验证,摆位结束后在机架为0°和90°方向上拍摄验证图像,分别将X、Y 2个铅门开至10 cm×10 cm和15 cm×20 cm曝光2次。结果:将拍出的实际图像用2种方法做出融合比较,统计误差范围。结论:减少了摆位误差,大大提高了照射野的准确性和可执行性,为患者治疗增强了信心。Objective To apply Portal Vision (PV) of Varian accelerator to the location verification in the radiotherapy positioning in order to determine the feasibility of the therapy. Mothods of Varian accelerator was used to photograph several hundreds of positioned patients before therapy at the angles of 0° and 90°. The two lead doors respectively along X and Y axes were opened with the sizes of 10cm×10cm and 15cm×20cm, and there were two times of exposure altogether. Results The images by two methods were compared, and the error range was analyzed. Conclusion The positioning error is reduced, and the accuracy and feasibility of the exposure field are both enhanced greatly.
