摘 要:目的:通过介绍基于JJG589--2008的医用电子直线加速器电子束剂量的校准刻度方法,分析校准刻度中遇到的问题,提出解决方法。方法:采用全自动三维水箱测量电子束各能量的最大剂量深度,计算或查出相关参数.用剂量仪和标准水模体校准刻度。结果:能量6MeV的最大剂量深度与相应的校准深度取值(1.0cm)相同,其余各能量的最大剂量深度皆大于相应的校准深度取值1.0、2.0、3.0cm,相差为0~1.0cm,差值最大的为能量18MeV.最大剂量深度值比相应的校准深度取值大1.0cm。结论:医用电子直线加速器电子束剂量的校准刻度与许多因素有关。校准刻度时应全面考虑各种因素的影响。Objective To study the problems and countermeasures in the determination of doses calibration of medical electron linear accelerator for electron ray based on JJG589--2008. Mothods The maximal dose depth of electron beam energies was measured with fully automatic 3D water tank, and then the related parameters were calculated or looked up, finally the dose was calibrated with dosimeter and standard water phantom. Results The maximal dose depth of the energy 6 MeV was the same as that of the corresponding calibration depth of 1.0 em, and the dose depths of other energies were all higher than those of the corresponding calibration depths of 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 cm, with the differences between 0 and 1.0 era. The highest difference appeared with the energy 18 MeV, whose maximal close depth was more than that of the corresponding calibration depth by 1.0 cm. Conclusion Many factors pose their influences on the determination of doses calibration of medical electron linear accelerator for electron ray, which have to be taken into considerations.
