摘　　要：目的:结合军队中心医院实际情况,探讨医学计量与设备维修相结合的运作模式。方法:根据军队中心医院医学计量机构的结构和人员组成特点,从医学工程部门的职能与学科发展角度出发,将医学计量工作融合到设备维修过程中。结果:医学计量与设备维修相结合缓解了军队中心医院计量与工程技术人员不足的矛盾,提高了在用设备的合格率和完好率。结论:维修人员在维修医疗设备的过程中,可以同时做好医学计量工作,使二者协调统一。Objective To discuss the mode of combining medical metrology and equipment maintenance based on the actual situation of military central hospital. Mothods Medical metrology was integrated into equipment maintenance, with the organization and manning of medical metrology institution as well as the mission and development of medical engineering department taken into considerations.Results The combination of medical metrology and equipment maintenance conquered the problems due to insufficient staffs, and made the qualified rate and intact rate of the in-use equipment increased. Conclusion The maintainer can execute medical metrology when perfomling medical equipment maintenance.
