摘 要:目的了解福建省结核分枝杆菌北京家族基因型的流行分布特点以及与耐药性等的相关性。方法对来源于2008年-2011年间福建省30个耐药监测点的312株结核分枝杆菌临床分离株,应用RD105缺失基因检测法进行北京家族基因型鉴定。使用卡方检验分析相关性。结果在312株结核分枝杆菌中,北京家族基因型占59.3%(185/312)。感染北京家族基因型菌株与患者年龄、性别、地区和治疗史无关(P分别为0.11、0.38、0.99、0.05)。北京家族基因型菌株在耐异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇和耐多药(MDR)的比例显著高于非北京家族基因型(P分别为0.02、0.00、0.02、0.00)。结论北京家族基因型是福建省主要流行结核分枝杆菌基因型,初步分析显示北京家族基因型菌株与患者年龄、性别、地区和治疗史无关,而与耐异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇和MDR有关。Objective To understand the distribution of Beijing family genotype of mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) strains from Fujian province, and to analyze the relationship between Beijing genotype and drug resistance. Methods A total of 312 MTB clinical isolates were collected from 30 drug resistance monitoring sites during 2008 -2011 in Fujian province. The strains were identified by RD105 deletion test. The statistical analysis was performed with Chi - square test. Results Among 312 MTB isolates, 185 (59.3%) isolates were Beijing family genotype. There was no significant association between Beijing family genotype and patients'age, gender, regions and treatment history (P values were 0. 11, 0.38, 0.99 and 0.05 respectively). INH -resistant, RFP- resistant, EMB -resistant and multi drug- resistant (MDR) isolates were found obviously more in Bei- jing genotype strains than non - Beijing strains (P values were 0. 02, 0. 00, 0. 02 and 0. 00 respectively). Conclu- sion Beijing family genotype was the predominant epidemic genotype in Fujian province. Beijing genotype strains exhibited no correlation with age, gender, regions and treatment history of the patients. However, Beijing genotype strains revealed correlation with INH - resistance, RFP - resistance, EMB - resistance and MDR phenotypes.
