天津地区286名健康老干部抗核抗体及ENA抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解天津地区健康老年人群中抗核抗体(ANA)、可提取性核抗原(ENA)抗体的流行情况。方法采用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)对286名健康老干部的血清标本进行ANA检测,确定其抗体滴度及核型;采用条带酶免分析法对ANA阳性标本进行ENA抗体检测。结果 286名健康老干部中,ANA阳性例数为59,阳性率为20.63%,其中均质型占47.46%,核浆颗粒型占33.90%;ANA阳性人群中ENA阳性例数为18,阳性率为30.51%,其中以SSA/52kd和SSB/La两种抗体阳性为主。结论健康老年人群中抗核抗体流行率较高,以低滴度(1∶160)抗体阳性为主,疾病诊断应结合临床症状综合分析,建议强调年龄在评价抗核抗体中的重要性。Objective To understand the prevalence of anti - nuclear antibody （ ANA）, extractable nuclear antigen （ENA） antibodies in healthy elderly population in Tianjin region. Methods Indirect immunofluoresceuce （IIF） was used to detect ANA in serum samples of 286 healthy veteran cadres, then the titers and karyotype of these antibodies were determined. Strip enzyme immunoassay was used to detect the ENA antibody in ANA - positive specimens. Results In 286 healthy veteran ca- dres, 59 cases were ANA positive, and the positive rate was 20.63%, including homogeneous type（47.46% ）, nuclear slurry particle type （33.90%） ; In the ANA positive cases, 18 cases were ENA positive, the positive rate 30.51%, mainly SSA/52kd and SSB/L. Conclusion Antinuclear antibodies were highly prevalent in the healthy elderly population, most were low - titer （1： 160） positive, and the diagnosis should be in conjunction with the comprehensive analysis of the clinical symptoms. Age was an important index for evaluating ANA.
