摘 要:目的对疑似流感疫情标本进行核酸检测,了解流感病毒流行规律,为贺州市流感的防控提供科学依据。方法自2009年8月-2011年12月,由哨点医院(贺州市人民医院)采集送检流感样病例咽拭子标本,采用荧光定量PCR法进行流感病毒核酸分型检测,并且从性别、年龄、时间分布等多方面进行比较分析。结果1383份咽拭子标本中有359份流感病毒核酸检测呈阳性,阳性率为25.96%,其中A未分型、B型、新甲型Hl、季节性H3流感病毒检出率分别占阳性标本的37.05%、25.35%、34.26%、3.34%。男女两性的阳性率相差不大,发病几率无明显差异。35岁~59岁年龄段阳性检出率最高达63.55%,7岁~17岁年龄段在总阳性样本中占的比例高达45.13%。结论2009年-2011年贺州市流感疫情以甲型流感病毒为主,发病人群主要为35岁-59岁和7岁~17岁两个年龄段,是流感防控的重点人群。荧光定量PCR技术是流感疫情临床病例诊断可靠的快速诊断方法。Objective To detect the nucleic acid of suspected influenza specimens in Hezhou, so as to find out the epidemic regularity, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods Influenza - like illness throat swab specimens were collected from sentinel hospital (Hezhou People's Hospital) from August 2009 to December 2011 for influ- enza virus nucleic acid detection by real time RT - PCR. The detection results were compared and analyzed in terms of gender, age and time distribution. Results There were 359 positive influenza virus nucleic acid cases in 1383 throat swab samples, the positive rate was 25.96%. Amongthem, the positive rates of influenza A (unclassified), influenza B, new influenza A H1 and seasonal influenza H3 were 37.05% , 25.35%, 34.26% and 3.34% respectively. There was no significant difference in inci- dence of influenza between males and females. The 35 -59 age group had the highest positive rate(63.55% ) among five age groups, and that of the 7 - 17 age' group accounted for 45.13%. Conclusion From 2009 to 2011, the influenza A was the main influenza virus in Hezhou. The two age groups of 35 ~ 59 and 7 - 17 were the key population to prevent and control influenza epidemic. Real - time RT - PCR is a reliable and rapid method for diagnosis of influenza epidemic in clinical cases.
