摘 要:三相单开关Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器具有简化硬件电路、控制灵活、成本较低等优点。针对该变换器在电流断续模式(DCM)下存在电感和控制电路设计复杂,只能应用于中小功率场合等缺点,分析其工作在电流连续模式(CCM)下的工作原理和优点,并以DSP为核心设计了控制电路。搭建了一台16 kW样机,实验结果表明该变换器具有抗电磁干扰能力强、开关管应力小、功率因数高等优点,非常适用于大功率场合。Three-phase single-switch power factor correction(PFC) converter has many advantages such as simpli- fied hardware circuits,flexible control and low cost.When operating in the discontinuous current mode (DCM), how to design the inductor and control circuit is not easy, and this mode can only be applied into small and medium-power applications.Three-phase single-switch PFC converter operates in continuous current mode (CCM) which uses aver- age current control mode.CCM for three-phase single-switch PFC circuit is analyzed theoretically and control circuit is designed based on DSP.A 16 kW prototype is built.The experimental results verify that the converter has high power factor and strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability, and has less switching tube stress.This converter is very suitable for high-power applications.
