摘 要:根据某地面特种车辆车载装置需要低电压大电流输出直流电源的要求,介绍了一种基于移相全桥变换器,以STM32F405为控制核心的直流电源。针对低压大电流输出直流电源在空载情况下突加负载时输出电压有较大跌落的问题,根据稳态工作时负载电流和移相角的关系,对传统的电压电流双闭环控制策略进行改进。实验结果表明改进后的控制策略加快了系统的动态响应,有效地减小了突加负载时输出电压的跌落。According to the output low voltage and high current requirements of a DC power supply which is used on the vehicle borne device of a certain special terrain-vehicle, a DC power supply based on phase-shifting full-bridge converter and controlled by chip of STM32F405 is introduced.Focus on the problem of a serious voltage drop when the load is suddenly increased from the condition of no-load, and then on the basis of the relationship between steady state load current and shift angle, an improved control strategy based on the traditional dual-loop control is proposed. Experimental results indicate that with this improved control strategy, the system dynamic response is improved, be- sides, the under-shoot voltage for load-mutation is decreased effectively.
