摘　　要：为了中国棉花流通现代物流的发展和物流服务的标准化建设，确保棉花经济的发展和安全。作者通过对棉花物流行业的调研，分析了中国棉花流通领域存在“棉花物流缺少统一管理和规范、棉花现代物流发展滞后、物流管理人员不足和专业人才匮乏、物流标准化基础研究不足、标准体系尚未形成”等现状，提出了“加强基础研究、提高企业物流标准化制订的参与程度、从供应链的角度构建棉花物流全流程标准体系”的现阶段适合棉花流通领域物流标准化建设的思路，并提出了“棉花仓储服务规范和运输服务规范”两个棉花物流标准化建设的重点领域。For the reason of developing modem logistics of Chinese cotton industry and building cotton logistics standard- ization to guarantee the development and safety of cotton economy, the authors start with a survey to analyze the situation of Chinese cotton industry such as the absence of unified standards, backward in modern logistics, shortage of logistic specialists, insufficient fundamental research on logistics standardization and uncompleted standard system, etc.. Then it puts forward three tips for cotton logistics standardization at the present stage, which include reinforcing fundamental research, enhancing the involvement of enterprises in building cotton logistic standards and to build standard system in term of cotton supply chain. It also throws light upon the key issues of cotton logistics standardization of cotton warehouse and transportation service.
