泡沫冲砂、洗井技术在江汉油区的应用

摘　　要：泡沫冲砂、洗井就是利用泡沫流体粘度高、密度小、携带性能好的特点,将泡沫流体作为携带液或压井液,从油管中打入油井,利用泡沫流体冲散井内积砂或结蜡并携带其从套管返出,达到洗井、冲砂的目的。泡沫冲砂、洗井应用于低压油井,能有效解决低压、负压井冲砂洗井的难题,对保护油气层、提高洗井效果进而缩短油井产量恢复期和延长油井免修期具有重要意义。Due to its characteristics of high viscosity, low density and being a good carrier, the foam fluid is used as a carrier fluid or a kill fluid in well clean--up through foam--based sand washing. After it is driven into the borehole from the pipeline, it will scatter the downhole deposited sandbody or deposited paraffin and then carry them up to the wellhead from the drivepipe with the purpose of well flushing and sand washing. Foam--based sand washing tech- nology wins success in conquering technical problems of sand washing of low--pressure and negative--pressure wells and is of great importance in reservoir protection and enhancing the result of well flushing, thus shortening recovery phase of well yield and prolonging workover--free period.
