摘 要:介绍了一种由多个谐波分量叠加而成的谐波运动规律,基本思想是以理想工作要求为参考,采用最小二乘法则来优化位移,以此来确定谐波分量的系数。建立了凸轮机构系统的单自由度有黏性阻尼的动力学模型,并得到其响应方程。结合实例,在同等条件下与正弦曲线运动规律进行了特性值图像的对比,从而体现了谐波运动规律运用在凸轮机构中的优点。此外举例验证了谐波阶数对凸轮曲线的影响,最后简单介绍了谐波运动规律在凸轮轮廓曲线反求设计方面的应用。A kind of the harmonic motion law, which characterized by multi--harmonic component is introduced, the basic idea is making ideal work requirements as a reference, using the least squares method to optimize the displacement, so as to determine the coefficients of harmonic components. A dynamics model of the single degree of freedom cam mechanism system with viscous damping is established and the response equa- tion is got. Combining with the instance, compare with the characteristic values of the sinusoidal motion law under the same conditions, which reflect the advantages of the harmonic motion law. Furthermore, an instance is taken to verify the effect of the harmonic order number on the cam curve. Finally, the application of the harmonic motion law in reverse design of the cam curve is introduced.
