摘 要:塑料材料受温度影响性能变化较大,对于塑料齿轮,载荷、转矩等等都会影响齿轮啮合温度场。利用非线性有限元软件Marc中针对黏弹性表征的Prony级数来仿真塑料齿轮的黏弹特性,在Marc中采用多场耦合理论对塑料斜齿轮与金属齿轮的啮合进行了有限元仿真分析,并对比不同载荷、不同转矩条件下有限元分析结果,得到黏弹性对于塑料齿轮啮合过程中对啮合温度场的影响。Plastics performance is affected greatly by temperature, as for plastic gear pair, the temperature field is influenced by the load or torque. The viscoelasticity characteristic of plastic helical gear is simulated by using Prony series in nonlinear finite element so(tware Marc. The finite element simulation analysis of the meshing of plastic helical gear and steel gear is carried out in Marc by using multiphysics coupling theory. The influence of viscoelasticity on meshing temperature field during meshing process is obtained by comparing the finite element analysis result under different load and torque conditions.
