放血疗法配合肌注腺苷钴胺治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察放血疗法配合肌注腺苷钴胺治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木的临床疗效。方法将72例脑卒中患者随机分为A组25例、B组23例和C组24例。A组采用放血疗法配合肌肉注射腺苷钴胺治疗,B组采用单纯放血疗法治疗,C组采用单纯肌肉注射腺苷钴胺治疗。比较两组治疗前后感觉障碍评分、日常生活活动能力评分及临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为91.3%,B组为72.0%,C组为62.5%。A组疗效与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。B组疗效与C组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组治疗前后感觉障碍评分差值及日常生活活动能力评分差值与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者治疗前后感觉障碍评分差值及日常生活活动能力评分差值与B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放血疗法配合肌肉注射腺苷钴胺能有效改善脑卒中后肢体麻木症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bloodletting therapy plus intramuscular injection of adenosine amine cobalt in treating post-stroke limb numbness. Methods Seventy-two patients with cerebral stroke were randomly allocated to group A of 25 cases, group B of 23 cases and group C of 24 cases. Group A received bloodletting therapy plus intramuscular injection of adenosine amine cobalt; group B, bloodletting therapy alone; group C, intramuscular injection of adenosine amine cobalt alone. Pre-treatment dysesthesia scores and activities of daily living scores and post-treatment dysesthesia scores, activities of daily living scores and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.3% in group A, 72.0% in group B and 62.5% in group C. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between group A and group B or group C （P〈0.05,P〈0.01） and between group B and group C （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in pre-/post-treatment dysesthesia score difference and activities of daily living score difference between group A or group B and group C （P〈0.05） and between group A and group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bloodletting therapy plus intramuscular injection of adenosine amine cobalt can effectively relieve post-stroke limb numbness.
