针刺肺俞及四花穴对慢性支气管炎迁延期老年患者免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺肺俞及四花(膈俞和胆俞)穴对慢性支气管炎迁延期老年患者免疫球蛋白的影响。方法将60例老年慢性支气管炎迁延期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均采用常规药物治疗,治疗组采用针刺肺俞及四花穴治疗,对照组采用口服蜜炼川贝枇杷膏治疗。分别观察两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白变化。结果治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白各项指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白各项指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺肺俞及四花穴对慢性支气管炎迁延期老年患者免疫球蛋白具有升高作用。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on Feishu （BL 13） and ＇four-flower＇ points [Geshu （BL 17） and Danshu （BL 19）] on immunoglobulins of the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in lag phase. Method Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. In addition to the basic treatments given to both groups, the treatment group was also intervened by acupuncture on Feishu （BL 13） and ＇four-flower＇ points, and the control group was by oral administration of Mi Lian Chuan Bei Pi Pa Gao. The immunoglobulin levels were determined by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment. Result The treatment group achieved significant changes in the immunoglobulin levels （IgA, IgM, IgG） after treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the immunoglobulin levels （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture on Feishu （BL 13） and ＇four-flower＇ points can enhance the immunoglobulin levels of the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in lag phase.
