摘　　要：随着我国水权流转实践不断深化,探索运用市场机制解决我国水资源紧缺问题具有重要的意义。阐述了水权流转的相关概念,梳理了我国水权流转的相关法律依据及面上实践情况,以典型案例为例,分析了区域间的水权流转、区域内农业用水向工业用水的转让、农民用水户间的转让3种典型模式的主要做法、主要特征与存在的问题,并提出做好水权流转工作的建议。With the deepening of water right transfer practices in China,it is significant to explore to solve the problem of shortage of water resources by using the market mechanism. The relevant concept of the water right transfer is depicted. The legal basis and practices of the water right transfer in China are discussed. Based on a typical case, the main practices, characteristics and existing problems of three modes are analyzed, that is, regional water right transfer, regional water right transfer from agricultural water to industrial one and water right transfer among famer water users. Some suggestions are also proposed.
