摘　　要：目的分析CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检术常见并发症,探讨用Angiotech活检针穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法收集CT导引下用Angiotech BiopinceTM全自动活检针经皮肺穿刺活检56例临床资料,分析并发症类型及处理措施。结果 56例经皮穿刺活检均获得成功。以手术病理或临床随访结果为标准,定性诊断的准确率为100%,术后出现出血6例(占10.7%),气胸9例(占16%)。结论 CT导引下用Angiotech BiopinceTM全自动活检针经皮肺穿刺活检是一种迅速、安全、准确、有效的诊断及鉴别诊断方法。Objective To analyze the complications due to CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic and discuss the elinleal application by Angiotech BiopineeTM Full Core Biopsy instrument. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases in our hospital from January ,2011 to Decem- ber,2012 under CT guided with the Angiotech BiopinceTM Full Core Automatic Biopsy needle percutaneous biopsy were colleeted,and the type of complications and the disposal measures were analyzed. Results Percutaneous biopsy in 56 cases was suooessful, Pathology or clini- cal follow-up results as the standard, the qualitative diagnostic accuracy rate was 100% , fewer complications ;postoperative bleeding was seen in 6 （ 10.7% ） cases and pneumothorax in 9 （ 16% ） cases. Conclusion Angioteeh BiopinceTM full biopsy needle under CT-guided percuta- neous needle biopsy is rapid, safe, accurate and effective method of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
