76例慢性肾功能损害患者血浆BNP的检测与分析

摘　　要：目的观察慢性肾功能损害(CKD)时血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)的水平及相关因素分析。方法选择CKD非透析患者76例,检测血肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、BNP水平并进行分析。结果 CKD患者BNP水平与Scr、Hcy、TG呈正相关,与Hb、TC呈负相关。结论 CKD患者Scr、Hcy等多种因素可加重心脏负担,影响预后。Objective To investigate plasma B -type natriuretic peptide （BNP） level and its related factors in chronic kidney dis- ease（CKD）. Methods Totally 76 patients with CKD were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013. The data of creatinine （ Scr）, hemoglobin （ Hb）, homocysteine （ Hcy）, triglyceride （ TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and BNP were collected and analyzed. Results The level of BNP was positively correlated with Scr, Hcy and TG,and was negatively correlated with Hb and TC in CKD patients. Conclusion Scr, I-Icy and other factors may aggravate cardiac load and affect the prognosis in CKD patients.
