摘 要:试验采用随机区组设计,以晋谷21号谷子为试验材料,研究了不同浓度萘乙酸与乙草胺混用后对其叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,用生长调节剂浸种和除草剂配合使用,可不同程度地促进谷子的生长发育,降低乙草胺对谷子的药害;相同除草剂用量下,随着生长调节剂质量浓度的增大,POD和SOD活性、叶绿素含量均呈升高趋势。在谷子农田上使用30 mg/L萘乙酸对350 mL/hm2乙草胺药害的缓解效果较好。The experiment was conducted to study effect of the different concentrations of mixed NAA and acetochlor on millet safety. The trial used a randomized block design with Jingn 21 millet varieties as experimental materials, the millet chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity and peroxidase ( POD ) activity were determined. The test results show that: the use of growth regu- lators or herbicides in conjunction, could promot the growth and development of foxtail millet to various degrees, reduced the injury of Acetochlor on millet. Under the same herbicide concentrations, along with growth regulator concentration increase, POD and SOD activi- ty, content of chlorophyll also showed a rising trend. In millet field using NAA (30 mg/L) of acetochlor (350 mL/hm2) injury reliefied quite well.
