摘　　要：目前,全世界正在兴起一场绿色生态农业革命,中草药制剂在促进动物生长和提高动物免疫功能方面具有独特优势,合理搭配使用对动物无任何毒副作用。中草药饲料添加剂作为一种纯天然的绿色添加剂,是一种既无抗药性和耐药性,也无药害残留、无污染的一类天然产品,具有抗病保健、抗毒素、提高机体免疫力和生产性能、调整胃肠机能等特点。主要阐述了中草药饲料添加剂对畜禽生长、免疫、消化酶活性和肉质品质的影响,可为中草药添加剂在饲料中的合理应用提供理论依据。At present, the whole world is in the rise of green ecological agricuhural revolution. Chinese herbal medicine has a u- nique advantage in promoting animal growth and improve the immune function of animal, reasonable utilization of no toxic side effects on animal. Feed additive of Chinese herbal medicine as a natural ＂green＂ additive. It is a kind of natural products with no drug resistance or tolerance, but a class of no pollution, health care, disease resistance, anti toxin to improve immunity and production performance and ad- just gastrointestinal function with no residue etc.. This paper mainly discusses the effect of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives on the growth, immune, digestive enzyme activity and the meat quality of livestock and poultry, and provide a basis for reasonable application of Chinese herbal medicine additives in feed. This paper mainly discusses the effect of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives on the growth, immune, digestive enzyme activity and the meat quality of livestock and poultry, and provide a basis for reasonable application of Chinese herbal medicine additives in feed.
