摘　　要：金融革命对工业革命具有重要意义,英、法、德等国早期的金融革命促进了工业革命的形成。因为工业比较利益未充分显现,以及金融剩余虽然存在但被购置土地或进行奢侈性消费等渠道"消耗",导致中国传统农贷制度不可能实现农村金融与城市金融的二元分野及那个历史环节所需要的"金融革命",从而也无法承担由农村向城市、由农业向工业转移金融剩余的功能,限制了中国传统一元经济向二元经济的突破。Financial revolution is of great significance to the industrial revolution , as the early financial revolu-tion in countries such as Britain , France and Germany promoted the formation of the industrial revolution.Due to industrial comparative advantage not fully revealed , and the financial surplus existed although consumed through channels as land or extravagant consumption , the traditional agricultural credit system of China cannot realize binary division of rural and urban finance and the “financial revolution” needed by historical link , thus unable to under-take the function of transferring financial surplus from countryside to city or from agriculture to industry , restricting to realize the breakthrough --from traditional unitary economic to the dual economic.
