Hβ分子筛催化剂的制备及其在合成2-乙基蒽醌中的应用

摘　　要：制备了系列Hβ分子筛催化剂Cat T(T为焙烧温度)和系列负载型催化剂CatR550[R=H2SO4(a),(NH4)2S2O8(b)和(NH4)2SO4(c)]。以邻苯二甲酸酐(2)和乙苯(3)经Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应合成2-乙基葸醌(1)为探针反应,考察了T和R对其催化活性的影响。结果表明:最佳焙烧温度为550℃;最佳R为c。以Cat550为催化剂对合成1的反应条件进行了优化,考察了反应温度,反应时间,Cat550用量及r[n(2)∶n(3)]对酰化反应的影响。在最佳反应条件[2 40 mmol,n(2)∶n(3)=1∶25,Cat550用量2.0 g,于250℃反应5 h]下,2的转化率为30.6%,1的选择性为33.8%,1的收率为10.3%。以Catc550为催化剂,在c(c)为1.75 mol·L-1时,在相同的最佳反应条件下,2的转化率为39.0%,1的选择性为43.4%,1的收率为16.9%。A series of Hβ zeolite catalysts[Cat T（ T was activation temperature） ]and modified Hβ zeolite catalysts{ CatR 550 [R = H 2 SO 4（ a）,（ NH 4） 2 S 2 O 8（ b） and（ NH 4） 2 SO 4（ c） ]} were prepared. Effects of T and R on catalytic activities of the catalysts were investigated in synthesis of 2-ethylanthraquinone（ 1） by one-step Friedel- Crafts acylation reaction from phthalic anhydride（ 2） and ethylbenzene（ 3）. The results showed that the optimum T was 550 ℃ and R was c. Effects of reaction temperature,Cat 550 amount and r[n（ 2） ∶ n（ 3） ]on Friedel- Crafts acylation reaction were investigated using Cat 550 as the catalyst. The results showed that under the optimum reaction conditions[2 was 40 mmol,n（ 2） ∶ n（ 3） = 1 ∶ 25,Cat 550 was 2. 0 g,for 5 h at 250 ℃ ],the conversion of 2 was 30. 6%,the selectivity of 1 was 33. 8%,the yield of 1 was 10. 3%. Under the same optimum reaction conditions with Cat c 550 as the catalyst and c（ c） was 1. 75 mol·L- 1,the conversion was 39. 0%,the selectivity was 43. 4%,and the yield was 16. 9%.
