摘　　要：本文对集成锁相环中常用的 2种基本型MC1648负阻集成VCO的压控特性和频稳性进行分析并给出实际测量结果。结果表明 ,压控特性在较宽范围内具有较好的线性 ;频稳度均优于 2×10 -4 量级 ,已达到甚至优于一般频率固定的LC振荡器。In this paper, the voltage-controlled characteristics and frequency stabilities of two kinds of basic circuits of the Negative-Resistance Integrated LC VCO MC1648 which is in common use in integrated phase-locked loops have been analyzed and the practical measurement results will be given. The results show that the voltage-controlled characteristics have a better linearity in a wider range. Their frequency stabilities excel 2×10-4, reach even excel those of constant frequency LC oscillator.
