摘　　要：本文对利益相关者视角的非营利组织研究做了简单梳理,在界定非营利组织利益相关者的基础上,分析了不同利益相关者的信息需求,以中国宋庆龄基金的"饮水思源"助学活动为案例研究其信息披露质量,并提出了加强非营利组织信息披露的建议,以期为提高非营利组织信息披露水平提供参考。The paper summarized the stakeholder perspective on nonprofit organizations research,analyzed the information needs of different stakeholders on the basis of the delimiting of non-profit organization stakeholders,and then examined the quality of information disclosure through case studies.At last,it puts forward the inspiration and suggestions to strengthen the nonprofit organization information disclosure,which is to promote the healthy development of public charity.
