萝藦提取物对肉仔鸡屠宰性能影响的研究

摘　　要：研究萝蘑提取物对15日龄AA＋肉仔鸡屠宰性能的影响，试验期4周，对照组饲喂基础饲粮，试验1～5组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加萝摩提取物20、50、75、100和1SOmg／kg的试验饲粮。结果表明：添加萝蘑提取物20mg／kg-对AA＋肉仔鸡的屠宰前体重、屠体重、全净膛重、去骨腿肌重影响显著，对腹脂重、皮下脂肪重、肌间脂肪宽度影响不显著；萝蘑提取物分别为50、75、100和150mg／kg组AA＋肉仔鸡的上述性状及胸肌重、腿肌重影响极显著。萝蘑提取物在饲料中的适宜添加量为75～150mg／kg。The effects of Japanese Metaplexis extract on slaughter performance of 15-day-old AA＋ broilers were studied and the duration of feeding period was four weeks. The concentration of Japanese Metaplexis extract in each group was 0 （control）, 20, 50, 75, 100, or 150 mg/kg. The results showed that the live weight, carcass weight, eviscerated weight and boneless leg muscle weight of AA＋ broilers in 20 mg/kg Japanese Metaplexis group were significantly increased, but no significant differ ence were found in the traits of abdominal fat weight, subcutaneous fat weight and the thickness of subcutaneous adipose; when the concentration of Japanese Metaplexis reached 50, 75, 100, all the traits mentioned above were all significantly increased. 75-150 mg/kg. or 150 mg/kg, the breast muscle weight, leg muscle weight and The optimal concentration of Japanese Metaplexis extract was
