海洋涂料领域全球专利竞争态势分析

摘　　要：采用Orbit专利分析平台,对海洋涂料领域全球专利发展趋势、主要国家及重点创新机构的专利布局和技术研发领域进行了分析。分析显示,日本、美国、欧洲是世界海洋涂料技术的引领者和主导者,我国近年来发展迅猛,但核心技术还很缺乏;海洋涂料跨国公司均重视对全球市场的专利布局,我国是全球的重点竞争区域,国外来华申请的专利已超过中国专利总量的57%。建议我国尽快制定海洋涂料领域知识产权发展战略,提高企业核心竞争力。The profile of international patents of marine coatings is analyzed from aspects of overall development trends, geographic distri-butions of priority and publication countries, key technology fields of top assignees and top inventors, based on Orbit patent analysis sys-tem database. It is found that Japan, the U. S. , and European countries are technological leaders in this field. China has been developing faster and faster in recent years, but lacks of key patents; all marine coatings transnational corporations pay attention to the patents geo-graphic distributions in global market, and China is the focus of competition area;foreign patent applications in China have exceeded 57%of total Chinese patents. It is suggested that China should make plans on intellectual property development strategies for marine coatings to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
