摘　　要：目的探讨成都某医院男女不育症者防御方式的差异。方法采用问卷调查法,对四川成都某医院129名不育症患者的防御方式进行调查分析。结果本研究中男性较女性有更高的不成熟防御方式,因子评分包括:投射、被动攻击、潜意显现和F1因子。同时中间型防御方式因子及伴无能之全能、隔离、同一化、消耗倾向评分也更高(P<0.05)。结论男女不育症患者某些防御方式存在差异,可以进行相应的心理干预。Objective To compare defense style of male and female infertility. Metbods 129 infertility from one hospital in Chengdu were investigated for defensive styles. Results The male infertility had high scores in projection. passive aggression. subconscious factors appearing and immature defense styles （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The male infertility also had higher scores in intermediate defense style and incompetent almighty. isolation. homogenization. consumption propensity （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Male and female infertility should have difference defense styles.
