摘　　要：目的 评价高频超声对小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值.方法 对年龄在2～18岁的我院320例小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患者进行了高频超声检查,回顾性分析其声像图特征,以评价高频超声对该病的诊断价值.结果 小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎具有典型的高频超声声像图特征,其超声诊断准确率可达94%.结论 高频超声对小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎有较高的诊断价值,可作为这类疑似病的首选方法,并可评价临床疗效.Objective To evaluate the high frequency ultrasound mesenteric lymph node to children acute inflammation diagnostic value. Methods Age in 2 - 18 years old 320 pediatric patients with acute mesenteric lymph node inflammation with high frequency ultrasound, were retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic feature, for evaluation of the disease high frequency ultrasound diagnostic value. Results The mesenteric lymph node children acute inflammation of the typical high frequency ultrasound ultrasonographic feature, the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 94%. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound mesenteric lymph node in children acute inflammation with a high diagnostic value, and could be used for this kind of suspected the preferred method of disease, and could evaluate clinical curative effect.
