摘　　要：目的通过对31例重度有机磷农药中毒患者的治疗,总结护理体会及要点。方法对重度有机磷农药中毒患者在常规治疗的基础上,采用CVVH联合血液灌流进行血液净化治疗,同时进行必要的护理。结果在31例患者中28例抢救成功,2例死亡,1例放弃。结论血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒效果肯定,护理在抢救过程中起着非常重要的作用。Objective To study nursing and the clinical effects of hemoperfusion （ HP） plus continuous veno-venous hemofiltration （ CVVH） on patients with severe organophosphorou insecticides poisoning. Methods On the base of routine therapy, 31 patients have been treatmented by CVVH and HP, at the same time vital nursed. Results 28 of 31 cases have beeng successfully rescued,2 cases died, 1 case gived up. Conclusion CVVH ＋ HP can improve survival rate of severe organophosphorous insecticides pmsomng patients, nursing also plays important role in treatment process.
