摘　　要：针对糖厂澄清工段的特殊生产环境,设计出以PC104作为控制器的pH值监控系统,结合少量外围电路以及经典的PID算法,实现对糖厂澄清工段pH值的在线测量与监控,并使用VC++6.0设计出了良好的监控界面,并通过实际测试证明,基于PC104的糖厂澄清工段pH值监控系统,友好直观的人机交互界面提高了现场的可操作性,使糖厂澄清工段pH值监控系统的整体性能得到提升。Because of the special environment in sugar-refinery clarification section, a pH value monitoring sys- tem is designed based on PC104, combined with a few peripheral circuit and PID control algorithm. The pH value measurement and on-line monitoring at sugar clarification section are achieved. The monitoring interface is designed by using VC ＋ ＋ 6.0. Actual test proves that the friendly human-machine interface based on PC104 improves the operability and visualization degree, enhances the overall system performance of the pH value mo- nitoring at sugar clarification section.
