摘 要:多通道数据采集在测控领域具有广泛的应用价值。提出了以虚拟仪器LabWindows/CVI为软件平台,利用多线程技术中的异步定时机制开发的多通道数据采集系统。硬件采用PCI-6221多功能数据采集卡获取多路信号数据。多线程技术用于采集程序和人机接口的开发,主线程用于用户界面控制和通道初始化设置,异步定时回调函数作为次线程用于数据采集和实时显示。实验结果表明,该方法不仅开发成本低,而且能够满足系统实时性的要求。Multi-channel data acquisition is widely applied in the field of measurement and control. A multi- channel real-time data acquisition system is developed based on LabWindows/CVI virtual instrumentation plat- form and asynchronous timer mechanism of multi-threading technology. A data acquisition card (PCI-6221) is adopted to collect multiple signals. Muhi-thread technique is applied to develop the signal sampling program and human-machine interface. The main thread is used for interface control and channel initialization, while a- synchronous timing callback function is employed as the secondary thread for data acquisition and real-time display. Experiment results show that the proposed method can reduce the costs of development and meet the requirements of real-time system.
