老年2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平与游离脂肪酸水平的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平与游离脂肪酸(FFA)的关系。方法:分别测定150例老年(≥60岁)T2DM患者(男81例,女69例)及115例非老年(<60岁)T2DM患者(男63例,女52例)的ET-1与FFA水平,分析老年T2DM患者的ET-1与FFA水平的关系。结果:老年组的血浆ET-1水平(0.50±0.14pmol/L)显著高于非老年组(0.35±0.17pmol/L,P<0.05),FFA水平(0.79±0.33mmol/L)也显著高于非老年组(0.52±0.18mmol/L,P<0.05)。老年T2DM患者组血浆ET-1的升高与FFA相关(r=0.370,P<0.05),与糖尿病病程也相关(r=0.107,P<0.05)。结论:老年T2DM患者与非老年T2DM患者相比,血浆ET-1与FFA水平显著升高,ET-1水平的升高可能与FFA和病程有关。Abstract Objective：To investigate the relationship of the level of plasma endothelin-1 （ET-1）and plasma free fatty acids （FFA）in aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）.Methods：Plasma leve! of ET-1 and FFA were measured in 150 aged patients with T2DM （81 men and 69 women） and 115 non-aged pa- tients with T2DM （63 men and 52 women）.Results：The plasma level of ET-1 was higher in aged patients with T2DM than that of non-aged patients（0.50±0.14μmol/L vs 0.35±0.17μmol/L,P〈0.05）,the plasma level of FFA in aged patients was higher than that of non-aged patients （0.79±0.33mmol/L vs 0.52±0.18mmol/L,P〈 0.05）.The plasma level of ET-1 in aged patients with T2DM was correlated with the plasma level of FFA （r= 0.370,P〈0.05）and duration （r=0.107,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are increased plasma level of ET-1 and in- creased plasma level of FFA in aged patients with T2DM,and ET-1 may be associated with FFA and dura- tion.
