舒眠胶囊治疗肝郁伤神型失眠症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒眠胶囊对肝郁伤神型失眠症的疗效及安全性。方法将36例肝郁伤神型失眠症患者随机分成两组,分别口服舒眠胶囊和艾司唑仑片,14 d后进行疗效和安全性评价。结果舒眠胶囊与艾司唑仑临床疗效相仿,舒眠胶囊中医症候疗效显著优于艾司唑仑,且安全性更佳(P<0.05)。结论舒眠胶囊用于治疗肝郁伤神型失眠症安全、有效。Objective To study the safety and clinical effect of Shumian Capsule in treating liver stagnancy injuring spirit type insomnia. Methods Thirty- five patients with liver stagnancy injuring spirit type insomnia were randomly divided into two groups and took oral Shumian Capsule or Estazolam Tablets respectively. The efficacy and safety were evaluated after 14 d. Results Shumian Capsule and Estazolam Tablets had the similar therapeutic effect, the effect of Shumian Capsule on the TCM symptoms was significantly better than that of Estazolam Tablets, and had the better safety（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shumian Capsule for treating liver stagnancy injuring spirit type insomnia is safe and effective.
