神经节苷脂GM1联合纳美芬治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经节苷脂GM1联合纳美芬治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法将115例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为神经节苷脂GM1联合纳美芬治疗组(A组)和常规治疗组(B组),观察两组患者的意识恢复情况、并发症及近期疗效。结果 A组在苏醒时间、总有效率均优于B组,且明显降低了呼吸道感染、酸碱平衡障碍等并发症。结论神经节苷脂GM1联合纳美芬治疗重型颅脑损伤疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effects of ganglioside GM1 combined with nalmefene in treating severe traumatic craniocerebral injury. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with severe traumatic craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into 2 groups： the ganglioside GM1 combined with nalmefene therapy group（Group A） and the conventional therapy group（Group B）.The situation of consciousness recovery, complications and short- term efficacy were observed in the two groups. Results The group A was superior to the group B in the aspects of the awakening time a,A the total effective rate. And the occurrence rates of respiratory tract infection and disturbance of acid-base balance in the group A were significantly decreased. Conclusion Ganglioside GM1 combined with nalmefene has definite effect in treating severe traumatic craniocerebral injury.
