益精灵口服液的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究益精灵口服液对大鼠的抗疲劳、抗抑郁和对小鼠学习记忆的作用。方法通过躯体应激和心理应激相结合法观察益精灵口服液的抗疲劳作用;通过对学习记忆障碍的防护观察益精灵口服液的学习记忆作用;对抑郁动物模型的作用观察益精灵口服液的抗抑郁效果。结果益精灵口服液可显著提高抗疲劳模型大鼠的睾酮和皮质醇水平,同时可显著降低其肌肉乳酸水平;以跳台法测定的潜伏时间和5 min内错误次数,各组与对照组比较,均有显著性差异;悬尾试验和强迫游泳试验中给药模型组在后4 min内不动时间与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论益精灵口服液具有抗疲劳、抗抑郁和增强学习能力的作用。Objective To study the anti- fatigue, antidepression effects and the role of learning and memory of Yijingling Oral Liquid in rat. Methods The anti- fatigue effect of Yijingling Oral Liquid was observed by the body stress in combination with the psychological stress; the learning and memory function was observed by the protection of learning and memory disorders; the antidepressant effect in the depression animal model was observed. Results Yijingling Oral Liquid could significantly increase the testosterone and cortisol lev- els in the anti- fatigue rat model and at the same time reduce the muscle lactic acid level; the incubation time and the mistake num- ber within 5 min determined by the diving platform method in various groups had statistical differences compared with the control group; the immobility time of the drug delivery model group at the later 4 min in the tail suspension test and the forced swimming test had statistical difference compared with control group. Conclusion Yijingling Oral Liquid has the role of anti- fatigue, anti- depressive and reinforcing the learning ability.
