2010年至2012年我院住院患者抗精神病药应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院抗精神病药的应用情况．、方法采用回顾性分析法，对医院2010年至2012年住院患者抗精神病药的用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）、使用金额等进行统计和分析。结果医院抗精神病药的DDDs和使用金额逐年增加，DDDs从150924日上升至175295日，使用金额从399．88万元上升至450．64万元，其中非典型抗精神病药的DDDs和使用金额分别占87．79％～90．47％和98．97％～99．23％．结论疗效好、不良反应少的非典型抗精神病药成为一线药物，国产非典型抗精神病药的使用频率增加，药物治疗成本下降，医院抗精神病药应用合理、Objective To analyze the application situation of the antipsyehotic drugs in our hospital. Methods By using the retrospective method, DDs, DDC and the using sum of antipsychotic from in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were statistically analyzed. Results DDDs and the consumt）tion sum of antipsychotic drugs were increased in our hospital year Dy year and DDDs was increased from 150 924 d to 175 295 （1, the using sum was increased from 3.998 8 million to 4.506 4 million. DDDs and using sum of atypical antipsychntics accuunted for 87.79%-90.47% and 98.97%-99.23% respectively. Conclusion The atypical antipsychotics with better effects an（t less ADR turn into the first- line drugs. The use frequency of the domestic atypical antipsychotics is increased and the therapeutical cost is reduced. The application of the antipsychotic drugs in our hospital is rational.
