活性银离子抗菌液用于胃肠减压50例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察活性银离子抗菌液用于胃肠减压的效果。方法将行胃肠减压的100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行常规口腔护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上按自我需求喷敷活性银离子抗菌液,比较两组咽喉痛、口腔干燥及口腔异味等症状改善情况,观察口腔破溃的发生率和舒适度。结果观察组在咽喉痛、口腔干燥、异味及舒适度方面较对照组效果好,口腔破溃发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠减压患者使用活性银离子抗菌液可减轻咽喉痛,改善口腔干燥及异味,预防口腔破溃,使患者舒适度提高。Objective To observe the effect of the active silver ion antibacterial solution in treating gastrointestinal decompression. Methods One hundred patients with gastrointestinal decompression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent the routine oral care, while on the basis of the routine care, the observation group sprayed and coated the active silver ion antibacterial solution according to the self needs. The improvement situation of sore throat, dry mouth and mouth odor symptoms were compared between the two groups. The occurrence rate of oral ulceration and the com- fort level were observed. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the aspects of sore throat, dry mouth, pe- culiar smell and comfort level and had the lower occurrence rate of oral ulceration than the control group, the differences had statis- tically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The patients with gastrointestinal decompression using active silver ion antimicrobial solution can reduce sore throat, improve dry mouth and peculiar smell symptoms, prevent oral ulceration and increase the patient＇s comfort level.
