2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者镁代谢的变化及卡维地洛对其影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者镁代谢的变化及卡维地洛对其影响。方法选取2007年2月—2009年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者82例,将合并抑郁症53例患者作为A组,未合并抑郁症29例患者作为B组,另选取同期我院健康体检者28例作为C组。且将A组患者随机分为对照组27例和卡维地洛组26例。比较所有受试者血浆镁浓度(PMC)、单核细胞内镁浓度(MMC)、尿镁排泄量(UME);以及对照组与卡维地洛组治疗后PMC、MMC、UME变化,及其与抑郁自评量表的相关性。结果 A组PMC、MMC低于B组,UME高于B组(P<0.05)。卡维地洛组PMC、MMC高于对照组,UME低于对照组(P<0.05)。A组抑郁量表评分与UME呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01),与PMC、MMC呈负相关(r值分别为-0.41、-0.40,P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者镁代谢紊乱与抑郁评分密切相关,卡维地洛能患者改善镁代谢及抑郁状态。Objective To investigate the effect of carvedilol on magnesium metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM） comhined with depressive disorder. Methods 82 patients with DM admitted to our hospital from February 2007 to June 2009 were divided into groups A （ DM combined with depressive disorder） and B （ DM）, and 28 healthy people were al- so selected as group C. A group was randomly divided into groups control and earvedilol. The levels of PMC, MMC, UME in all patients were compared, and correlation between them and self- rating depression scale analyzed. Results The levels of PMC, MMC in A group were lower than those of B group, UME higher （ P 〈 0.05）. The levels of PMC, MMC in carvedilol group were higher than those of control group, UME lower （P 〈 0. 05）. The self - rating depression scale in A group was positively correlated withUME （r=0.41, P〈0. 01）, and negatively correlated with PMC, MMC （r= -0.41, -0.40, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The magnesium metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM） combined with depressive disorder is closely related to depression score, and carvedilol can improve magnesium metabolism and depressive disorder.
