桑枝虎杖汤治疗酒精性心肌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察桑枝虎杖汤治疗酒精性心肌病的效果。方法选取2009年6月—2010年6月我院收治的酒精性心肌病患者28例,将其按入院先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组,各14例。两组均给予常规酒精性心肌病治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用桑枝虎杖汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后六分钟步行距离(6MWT)和左室舒张末期内径(LVED)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果治疗3个月后治疗组6MWT大于对照组,LVED低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用桑枝虎杖汤,可增强对酒精性心肌病的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of mulberry knotweed soup on alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Methods 28 patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital fron June 2009 to June 2010 were divided into groups treatment and control according to the treatment order, each of 14 cases. All patients were given conventional treatment of alcoholic cardiomy- opathy, treatment group was given mulberry knotweed soup, based on the conventional treatment. The 6 - rain walk distance （6MWD） , left ventrieular end - diastolic dimension （LVED） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） between two groups were compared before and after treatment for 3 months. Results After treatment, 6MWT in treatment group was more than that of control group, LVED lower, LVEF higher （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mulberry knotweed soup on the basis of conventional treatment can enhance the effect on alcoholic cardiomyopathy.
