红花注射液联合血栓通注射液治疗眩晕症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察红花注射液联合血栓通注射液治疗眩晕症的疗效。方法选取2008年5月—2013年6月我院收治的眩晕症患者133例,将患者随机分成治疗组66例和对照组67例,对照组采用血栓通注射液治疗,治疗组采用红花注射液联合血栓通注射液治疗。连用7 d,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率为90.9%(60/66),高于对照组的77.6%(52/67)(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液联合血栓通注射液治疗眩晕症效果明显。Objective To observe the effect of safflower injeetion eombined with xueshuantong injeetion on vertigo. Methods A total of 133 patients with vertigo admitted to our hospital from May 2008 to June 2013 were randomly divided into groups treatment （66 eases） and eontrol （67 eases）. Control group was taken xueshuantong injeetion, treatment group was taken safflower injeetion combined with xueshuantong injection, both treated for 7 days. The effect between two groups was eom- pared. Results The total effieaey of treatment group was 90. 9% （60/66）, higher than that of eontrol group of 77.6% （ 52/ 67 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Safflower injeetion combined with xueshuantong injeetion on vertigo is obviously effeetively.
