血清CEA联合CA125,CYFR21-1,NSE检测在肺癌诊断中的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:分析血清癌胚抗原(CEA)联合糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白19的可溶性片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在肺癌诊断中的临床应用。方法:检测60例肺癌患者、30例正常体检者和30例肺部炎症患者的CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1和NSE,对其进行对比分析。结果:四项肿瘤标志物CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE在两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE联合检测在肺癌诊断中具有临床使用价值。Objective.. To analyze the clinical application of serum carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, carbohydrate antigen CA125, the soluble fragment of the joint cytokeratin 19 （CYFRA21-1） and neuron-specific enolase （NSE） to detect clinical application for the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods;The serum CEA, CA125, CYFR21-1, NSE of 60 lung cancer cases, 30 normal healthy persons and 30 cases with inflammation of lung disease were detected and ana- lyzed. Results;The difference of four tumor markers, CEA, CA125, CYFRA21 - 1, NSE between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion;The joint detection of CEA,CA125, CYFRA21-1, NSE has clinical val- ue in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
