研究生择业观与就业特点的实证研究——以华南师范大学经济类专业研究生为例

摘　　要：我国自2003年开始实施研究生扩招政策以来,随着研究生招生规模的不断增加,研究生就业率开始逐步走低。了解研究生入学目的 ,系统调查研究生就业地区流向、就业单位类型和就业后的工作转换率等就业特点,并据此分析研究生的择业观与就业心理,可使研究生管理部门有针对性地开展就业指导工作,提升研究生就业水平。With the expanding enrollment of post-graduate students since 2003, post-graduate students＇ em-ployment rate has been increasingly low. By surveying on post-graduate students＇ purposes of post-graduate study and systemically analyzing their employment areas, types of employment units, job shifting rates and other job characteristics, the present study aims to analyze their view of vocational selection and their employment psycholo-gy, so as to help post-graduate student management department to provide appropriate guidance to improve stu-dents＇ employment.
