张掖市健康人群脊髓灰质炎、麻疹和风疹抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解张掖市健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)、麻疹和风疹抗体水平,为及时调整免疫对策提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测健康人群血清中脊灰、麻疹和风疹IgG抗体。结果共监测435人,脊灰抗体阳性率为87.82%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为42.78 U/mL;麻疹抗体阳性率为83.22%,GMC为1 512.50 mIU/mL;风疹抗体阳性率为72.87%,GMC为56.84IU/mL。结论为建立人群免疫屏障,重点应针对薄弱环节,加强及时接种率、接种证查验、大年龄组加强免疫及风疹监测工作。OBJECTIVE Learn Zhangye healthy population poliomyelitis（polio）, measles, rubella antibody levels, immune measures for the timely adjustment provide a scientific basis. METHODS Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay healthy human serum polio, measles, rubella IgG antibodies. RESULTS Monitored a total of 435 people, polio antibody positive rate of 87.82%, geometric mean antibody concentration（GMC） was 42.78 U/mL; measles antibody positive rate of 83.22%, GMC is 1 512.50 mIU /mL; rubella antibody positive rate of 72.87%, GMC is 56.84 IU/mL. CONCLUSION Immune barrier for the establishment of the crowd, the focus should be directed weaknesses, to strengthen the timely coverage, vaccination certificate inspection, strengthen the immune older age group and rubella surveillance.
