摘　　要：苯并唑是医药、农药和天然产物等领域中非常重要的一类中间体,其中2-取代苯并唑又是苯并唑中最重要的一类化合物。从不同的原料出发,综述了近些年来关于2-取代苯并唑的合成方法的研究进展,并对各类合成方法的反应条件、适用范围、产率以及机理的研究进行了讨论和总结。Benzoxazole is an important intermediate in the fields of medicine, agricultural chemical and natural product, etc. 2-Substituted benzoxazole is one of the most important compounds of benzoxazole. This work reviews the research progress of synthesis methods of 2-substituted henzoxazole in recent years, discusses and summarizes the reaction condi- tion, scope of application, productivity and mechanism of vari- ous synthesis methods from different raw materials.
