摘　　要：针对CSFB语音解决方案中的关键技术(包括语音回落技术、快速回退技术、被叫漫游前转技术)进行了深入研究,论述了不同技术方案的基本原理,并结合理论分析、实验室及试点城市测试结果,详细对比了不同技术方案的性能差异,为CSFB关键技术方案选择及部署提供技术依据。It researches on the key technologies of CSFB, including the main principle of the fal back technology, the fast return technolo-gy and the mobile terminating roaming forward technology. Furthermore, it compares the performance difference of different technical solution in combination with the theoretical analysis and test results, to provide technical basis for CSFB key technical solution selection and deployment.
